Die Behauptung, daß das Wort vindex' der technische Aus druck für denjenigen sei, der für den in ins vocatus eintritt, bildet den Ausgangs und Schwerpunkt der Ausführungen von Len el; daß ich das verkannt und auch übersehen hätte, daß von einem juristischen Schriftsteller ein Wort, dem in der juristischen Litteratur eine bestimmte technische Bedeutung komme, nicht untechnisch gebraucht sein könne, das bildet einen der gewichtigsten Einwürfe, die mich nach seiner Ansicht treffen.
