Carr is Chief Operating Officer for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition and a visiting professor at Columbia University in New York and George Washington University in Washington, DC. Jim has also served as Senior Vice President for Financial Innovation, Planning and Research for the Fannie Mae Foundation and Assistant Director for Tax Policy with the U.S. Senate Budget Committee.
Nandinee K. Kutty is a policy consultant, specializing in urban and housing policy. She was a faculty member at Cornell University from 1993 to 2000, where she taught courses on policy analysis. She has a Ph.D. in economics from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University
