Michael Hall is Associate Professor in Tourism at the University of Otago, New Zealand and author and editor of eleven books in Tourism including Special Interest Tourism, Tourism and Politics, Tourism in the Pacific Rim, Introduction to Tourism in Australia, Wasteland to World Heritage Stephen J. Page is Associate Professor in Tourism Management at Massey University, New Zealand and is author of Transport for Tourism, Urban Tourism and co-editor of Health and the International Tourist
