Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Miryana Nesic is a solicitor, Alternative Dispute Resolution consultant and a CEDR Registered Mediator and Faculty Member. She has mediated civil and commercial disputes and provided mediation consultancy and training in the US, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

Laurence Boulle is Professor of Law and founder of the Dispute Resolution Centre at Bond University, Australia. He is an accredited mediator, mediation trainer and dispute resolution consultant, and is the Chair of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Council, Australia.
