The binder's coating on the cover has flaked off in a few places, mostly on the top and bottom ends of the spine strip.In case flakes would come off onto a reader's hands, it would be best to read the book with the dust jacket in place. DJ: The front flap states, "10 up." Six closed tears are 1/8 in. to 1 3/4 in. A strip of tape is on the reverse side of three tears. Nine chips are up to 1/4 in.
