Die vorliegende Arbeit greift diese Kritik bei der eingehenden Analyse des B ndnisprozesses, seiner Akteure, Interaktionen, Strategien, Ergebnisse und Wirkungen von 1998 bis 2003 auf. Gleichzeitig legt sie jedoch die Grundbeschr nkungen eben jener klassischen konomik und ihres eben beschr nkten Rationalit tskonzeptes offen, die gerade bei korporativen Prozessen wie dem B ndnis zu Tage treten. Darauf aufbauend unternimmt sie es, einen neuen Ansatz zur Formalisierung politischer und konomischer Rationalit t zu entwickeln, der wesentliche Erkenntnisse der politischen Psychologie und Kommunikationstheorie aufnimmt, gleichzeitig aber weiterhin handhabbar und schlank bleibt. Dieser erweist sich nicht nur bei der Analyse des B ndnisses f r Arbeit als fruchtbar, sondern vermag Anst e zur Erkl rung des Scheiterns rein marktmechanischer Steuerung in Wirtschaft und Politik ebenso zu liefern wie m gliche Perspektiven zur Entwicklung von Alternativen.
