The Operative Manual of Endoscopic Surgery, Volume 2 represents new procedures in endoscopic surgery. All these techniques have been clinically tested. The editors and the authors, pioneers and experts in the field of endoscopic surgery, have described these operative procedures clearly, giving a detailed step-by-step account of the operations, instruments needed and layout of equipment and staff.
