This popularly written book on the various options in live-in child care is current, thorough, and presumably accurate. Both authors have experience in writing guidebooks and they certainly have done their homework for this one. They discuss nannies, au pairs, mother's helpers, share-care, and live-in day care. All of the ins and outs of determining what kind of help one needs and the process for succesfully finding, interviewing, hiring, paying, and living with child care providers are covered. Checklists and appendixes which give addresses of nanny schools, placement agencies, legalities involving foreign workers, and financial responsibilities are included.
