Excerpt from Acts of a General Nature, Passed at the First Session of the Thirty First General Assembly of the State of Ohio<br/><br/>Sec. 2. That the counties of Montgomery, Preble, Clark, Cham paign, Logan, Miami, Shelby, Allen, Mercer and Dark, shall com pose the first circuit; and the court of common pleas, shall be 'hold en therein as follows, to wit: In the county of Montgomery on the fourth day of March, the twenty seventh day of May, and on the second day of September; in the county of Preble, on the eighteenth day of March, the eighth day of July, and on the thirtieth day of September; in the county of Clark on the eighth day of April, the fifteenth day of July, and on the seventh day of October; in the county of Champaign on the fifteenth day of April,the twenty second day of July, and on the fourteenth day of October; in the county of Logan, on the twenty fourth day of April, the thirty first day of July, and on the twenty third day of October; in the county of Miami on the twenty ninth day of April, the fifth day of August, and on the twenty eighth day of October; in the county of Shelby on the sixth day of May, the fourteenth day of August, and on the sixth day of November; in the county of Allen on the tenth day of May and on the eleventh day of November; in the county or Mercer on the thirteenth day of May and on the fourteenth day of November; and in the county of Dark on the sixteenth day of May, the nineteenth day of August, and on the eighteenth day of Novem ber.
