Der Grund, warum gerade ich die Uebersetzung uber 11ommen habe, liegt darin, dass der betreffende Patient sich ein Jahr vor der Operation von mir behandeln liess zu einer Zeit, wo nur ein einziges Symptom bestand nam lich der Schmerz treilich von so qualvoller Heftigkeit, an einem niemals wechselnden Punkte, dass man überzeugt war, einen aussergewöhnlichen Krankheitsfall vor sich zu haben, eine Diagnose aber trotz genauer, auch elektrischer Untersuchung unmöglich stellen konnte.
