And It is further Voted and Re/olved, That the fame Committee pre pare a Bill to oblige the Town of Smith/ield to pay their Proportion of the laft Tax and alfo to oblige every Town in this Colony for the future to pay their Proportions of the prefent, and all future Taxes.
