The constellation boundaries are somewhat darker than I would have had them if I had not had to con sider the requirements of beginners. It seems to me very necessary that the extent of each constellation should be recognisable at a glance (at least by most of those who will use these maps). Indeed, if no other means would suffice for this, the spaces should be coloured as in geographical maps. I think the pre sent arrangement meets all requirements.
