Martin Knapp is Professor of Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Director of the Personal Social Services Research Unit, and co-director of LSE Health and Social Care. He is also Professor of Health Economics and Director of the Centre for the Economics of Mental Health at King's College London, Institute of Psychiatry. David McDaid is Research Fellow in Health Policy and Health Economics at LSE Health and Social Care and the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, both at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Graham Thornicroft is Professor of Community Psychiatry at King's College London, Institute of Psychiatry. He is also a consultant psychiatrist working at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust. Elias Mossialos is Brian Abel-Smith Professor of Health Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Research Director of the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies.
