Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

DAVID CARSON and JONATHAN MONTGOMERY teach law at Southampton University and regularly organise workshops for health professionals on legal aspects of their practice. Both have written numerous articles in the area of health care law. David Carson is legal correspondent to the Health Services Journal and editor of The Law and the Sexuality of People with a Mental Handicap and Butterworth's Family Law Service.
