The trials and vexati-ons of all preceding Stespean Staff's have been ours, and we happily pro claim our victory over all. Adversaries. To the mem bers of other classes who have render-ed us willing and faithful service, we acknowledge gratitude. These good friends have smooth-ed our rough and uncertain pathway; and they have hastened the realization of our project.
