Obtain'a' Property, is fuch as is not founded in Nature, but depends Upon Induflry, mutual Contraé't, free Gift, or fome other like Caufe: Thus for Ex ample, If a Man {hould agree with a Servant to have his Labour for a Year, the Servant's Labour for that time be comes the Mafier's Property Not from any Natural Right that he hath to ano their Man's Labour 5 but from that Com pac't and Agreement between the Malier and the Servant 5 in which Compact he that had the Natural Right to that La bour convey'd it to him whole Servant he hath put himfelf to be.
