It began like the growth of a flower. There are three stages in the growth of a flower. The flower grows by the seed very slowly. It seems a long time in appearing above ground. When the stem appears the growth is quicker. And when the stem is fully up, the flower seems to rush into bloom. So with this age. It began slowly, and the centuries passed as if nothing very important was happening. Then things began to gather speed, and now the rush and sweep betoken the speedy climax. Any moment now may find the Church gone. Are we ready for that great and blessed event? I have the feeling that we must not expect any further warnings. It seems to me that we have received the last warning. The next probable thing is that the world willwake Up and discover that the Church has gone.
