Neelesh Kumar Mehra is an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutics in the Department of Pharmaceutics, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad, India. He has authored more than 140 peer-reviewed publications in high-repute international journals, and has contributed to over 50 book chapters. He holds 4 granted patents and has 5 patent applications filed on manufacturing processes and compositions to improve therapeutic efficacy for drug delivery. He has supervised 5 PhD students and 36 MS students, and is currently guiding 10 PhD and 7 MS students on their dissertations and research projects. His research focuses on the design, development, and evaluation of ophthalmic nanoemulsions, liposomes, lipid-polymer nanoparticles, carbon nanoparticles, and chitosan/PLGA-lipid nanoparticles for drug and biomolecule delivery in biomedical applications.
Saurabh Srivastava is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics, at the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad, India. His research interests include the development and optimization of industrially viable, feasible and scalable differentiated formulations, for the purpose of bioavailability enhancement, food effect minimization, repurposing/new indication, synergism for FDCs, and dose/dosing frequency reduction.
Dr. Jitender Madan is Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmaceutics at NIPER Hyderabad, a leading researcher and educator in pharmaceutical sciences. His research centers on self-assembled supramolecular systems―liposomes, niosomes, cyclodextrins, nano- and microparticles, and solid-lipid nanoparticles―and leverages FDA-approved biomaterials with lipids and polymers to develop innovative dosage forms that improve bioavailability, stability, safety, and patient compliance. He has mentored numerous doctoral and postgraduate scholars and led industry collaborations and government-funded projects. Notable products include cycloencapsulated andrographolide for immune support and a veterinary spray for bovine mastitis. He has authored a robust body of peer-reviewed papers and book chapters, holds several patents, and has edited nanotechnology-focused volumes. A recognized educator and researcher, he actively contributes as a peer reviewer and advances pharmaceutical science and education through programs like SRIP.
