Rezensionen

PreSchool-Fans of Poppy and Max will love this simple yet adorable counting board book. In this story, the girl and her pup are getting ready for bed, and they follow a familiar ritual that starts, "Poppy- drinks one glass of milk, munches two cookies, and gives Max three doggy treats." The two continue their preparations until they are snuggled up in bed while "Ten twinkly stars look down from above." The numerals and corresponding pictures are repeated on the outside edges of the pages, while the illustrations of Poppy and Max are in the middle. Pastel pinks, yellows, oranges, and purples capture the mood. A fun book that is perfect for little hands.
