Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

WENDY BAKER is an international expert on interior design and the ultimate authority on all matters relating to window dressing and accessories, with many years' experience creating truly inspirational designs for her clients. She is also the founder of Shoestring Books. Wendy has published several best-selling titles in both the US and U.K., including The Curtain Sketchbook. After a career in the film industry and modeling, Wendy opened up her first London boutique under her design name "Harriet" where she designed clothes for celebrities. She later opened her second boutique on Bond Street in London as well as several "shop within a shop" concessions in all the major department stores including Neiman Marcus, Harrods, and Saks. Wendy, her husband, and their dog Beatrice live in London.
