Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Tony Booth has been an actor for 40 years, but also wrote comedy scripts and sketches for That Was the Week That Was in the 1960s. Best-known as Alf Garnett's loutish son-in-law in TV's Till Death Do Us Part. He has most Holby City spin-off from Casualty.He has six children. His eldest daughter Cherie, a barrister, is married to Tony Blair, Prime Minister since 1997. They have four children.

He was born in Liverpool, that hotbed of political activism; his uncle was close to Bessie Braddock, MP and de facto uncrowned monarch of the city; and he did his first canvassing (for Philip Voss, the beaten Labour candidate) at the age of 14 in the 1945 General Election.
