TO find the 4th power of 100, multiply the exponent of 10 opposite 100 by 4: 4 x 2 8, and look for the number opposite 108, Likewise 000000001, since 3 x 3) 9. To find the cube root of divide the exponent of 10 opposite by 3, 9 +3 3, and look for the number opposite 103.
