Elle l'avait décrétée, elle la réalisa en partie; et il suffit de jeter les yeux sur les transformations qu'a subies le sol partout où la loi du 10 juin 1793 a reçu son exécution, pour demeurer convaincu que la fécondité et l'abondance y ont pleinement justifié les espérances sur lesquelles cette grande mesure agricole et politique était fondée.
