The collection is already the most extensive of its kind in this country and it is in contemplation to add to its treasures from time to time and to engage the services of a curator in order that its use may be extended to other educational institutions and, to the public. Such a collection bringing vividly before us as it does the life and customs of the early Christian community has value not only for the student of history; it is a source of immediate and lively curiosity and interest on the part of every Christian community who cannot be otherwise than moved and instructed in the presence of these silent testimonies to the Christian faith.
