Bose réunissant l'étude de la forme à celle de la composition constitua à la même époque, aux dépens du feldspath, quatre espèces auxquelles il imposa les noms d'or those, d'alln'te, de labrador et d'anorthite; et il désigna l'en semble de ces espèces par l'expression de groupe des felds paths; les deux premières divisions de M. Bose correspondent aux deux espèces de Lévy.
