In w Christina Al berta's Father Mr. Wells studies a phenomenon that can be found in any suburb and I imagine that it might be found in any star.

The phenomenon is of course lunacy and It gives Mr. Wells something to be quite angry about and it gives him equal scope to be more sympathetic than usual.
