Lebedefi, is the former Secretary of the Navy in the Russian Provi sional Government and one of the leaders of the Party of socialists-revolutionists in Russia. Several weeks ago Col. Lebedefi visited this country, sent by the Congress of Ufa on a special mission to enlist the sympathies of the American democracy for the movement of the Russian people against Bolshevism.
