La stèle, d'un marbre gris - bleu, mesure en long, en large, une bordure plate, large de l'entoure du côté gauche. Le marbre étant encastré dans un mur, l'épaisseur dela tranche demeure inconnue. La gravure est médiocre; les caractères, sans profondeur, sans grande régularité, ressem blent exactement a ceux des deux inscriptions gravées en l'honneur d'epami nondas d'acraephiae.
