His volume of travels is presented to the public to T serve a twofold purpose: to describe the scenes and incidents connected with the westward cruise of the steamship Cleveland, in 1910, and to give the average busy person an idea of what may be seen in a four or five months' trip around the world.

To describe all that we saw and did would require volumes. Our problem has been one of condensation and selection.
