Keith Lamdin is Director of Training and Parish Resources in the Diocese of Oxford. He has been an associate of the Grubb Institute of Behavioural Studies. David Tilley has worked in the training of Methodist Ministers, and the Continuing Ministerial Education of clergy in the Coventry Diocese.
