Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Rachel Morris trained initially as an addiction counsellor before attaining her Diploma in Hypnosis & Psychotherapy (DHP) in 1995. She has since undertaken further training in bereavement, psychopathology, ethics, pain management, group dynamics, stress management and human development.

Since qualifying, she has been in clinical practice both privately and for the NHS treating a variety of issues including: eating disorders, childhood abuse, sex, sexuality, parenthood, relationship problems, grief, suicide, panic/anxiety disorders and depression.

Rachel is also a qualified Counsellor Supervisor and practises all therapeutic undertakings in accordance with British Association of Counsellors (BAC) recommendations and Code of Ethics.

Rachel has written articles for national newspapers and magazines and has appeared on BBC Radio 1 and World Service Radio. Television credits include Would Like to Meet, The Oprah Winfrey Show and Big Brother's Little Brother and the Big Brother Psych Show. She has also made several appearances on Heaven & Earth, Kilroy, GMTV and The Wright Stuff.
