The authors

Stephen Ison is a Senior Lecturer in Transport Studies within the Transport Studies Group, Department of Civil and Building Engineering at Loughborough University.

Stuart Wall is Professor of Business and Economics Education in the Ashcroft International Business School, Anglia Ruskin University
