In February of the present year, a circular was sent out from the Michigan State Library asking the various study clubs work ing in the State to send to that Department programs of their work and short histories of their origin, object and condition.

The responses received from the several organizations have been compiled and presented to the public as Michigan State Library Bulletin No. 1.
