As foon as his Majefty had retired, and prayers were over, the Duke of Marlborough took the oaths and his feat; after which, Lord Eldon was introduced between Lord Grenville and Lord Wallingham, and was (worn, and then feated on' the Barons' Bench with the ufual ceremonies.

The King's l'peech was read by the Lord Chancellor, and' afterwards by the clerk at the table.
