The General Assembly of 1923 revised and codified the public school laws relating to the county and other local school officials. This codification, chapter 136, Public Laws 1928, together with those laws defining the powers and duties of the State Board of Education and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction that were not changed and 'other public school laws enacted by the General Assembly of 1923, were printed in bulletin form and made available for distribution.
