Our first intention was to embody the Revised Laws in three Codes - Political, Civil and Penal but, upon more mature consideration, we have resolved to divide the Civil Code, and insert the laws relating to the rights, of persons and things in one Code, to be known as the Civil Code, and the laws relating to. Remedies in another, to be known as the Code of Civil Proced ure. We now submit our report of the latter Code.
