Samuel Raymond at the same Court tried for pre senting a loaded musket at L'. Hemmet. Upon due consideration the Court are of opinion that he is guilty of the charge exhibited against him; but the extreme and unpardonable warmth with which the officers conducted themselves, renders the action of the prisoners in some measure excusable, and Operates with the Court so strongly in his favor that they only sentence him to be reprimanded by the commanding Officer of the company to which he belongs.
