I might continue the subject at considerable length, but there is, I think no need to do so. Sir Allen Aylesworth has pointed out a, fair, a reasonable and'a just limitation upon the text' he lays down and that is that when the proper exercise'of provincial legislation may, if the legislation seems to be Unwise, impinge upon the credit of Canada or the functioning of Canadian legislation, even though there is no direct interference, there we may have a case for interference by Way of disallowance.
