Art. 1. Ogni reato dà. Luogo ad un'azione penale. Ne deriva anche un'azione civile quan do il reato apporta un danno fisico o morale al soggetto passivo del reato stesso, e questa azio ne civile può esercitarsi da tutti quelli, i quali hanno interesse che il danno sia risarcito.
