Mon excellent ami a peut - etre raison, mais, suivant moi, il a un tort grave, c'est de ramener une question aussi grave à une question beaucoup plus modeste et tout a fait négligeable de personne.

Sans doute il est intéressant et méme nécessaire de nommer un homme compétent, qui connaisse a fond la science coloniale, le monde colonial et non pas un simple professeur. C'est entendu; mais il ne faut voir qu'une chose l'idée, c'est - à-dire la grandeur du but à atteindre.
