Sola et pequnia sua. Idest aedem non tantum impend1a sua sed et in solo sua fundamentis excitavit absolvitque M. Tul lius quod idem est ac si dicas: a funda mentis in solo suo et excitavit en perfecit. Potest quippe in solo non suo excitari ali quid pecunia sua. A sòla deinde sive a fundamentis excitax'e aliquid non idem so nat ac a solo sive fundamentis resti tuere. Illud Opus insinuat novum ex inte gro: hoc opus collapsum' a fundamentis ip sis restituere quod nisi collapsurfi ante sit restitutwn quidem aptissime dixeris: si fundamentis addas, contra usitatam formulae' acc€ptionem' dixeris.
