U. 3, 398) jede Schenkelhernie a priori als Unfalls folge ablehnt, und Koerte in einem Obergutachten wie Thiem nur die theoretische Möglichkeit zugibt, behauptet Kaufmann das gelegentliche Vorkommen von traumatischen Schenkelbrüchen auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen ohne Einschränkung.
