Hier sei nur noch erwähnt, dafs die vorliegende Arbeit zu Heidelberg im Seminar von Hofrat Professor J ellinek entstanden ist. Diesem meinem hochverehrten Meister spreche ich an dieser Stelle nochmals meinen aufrichtigen Dank aus für seine freundliche Unterstützung und die vielen Anregungen, die er mir sowohl'ex cathedra wie im persönlichen Verkehr gegeben hat.
