The Auditor of Accounts respectfully submits to the City Council his Annual Report of the Receipts and Expenditures of the City Government, during the financial year which terminated on the thirtieth day of April last. The Documents marked A. B. C. D. And E, which accompany and make a part of th1s Report, exhibit full statements of the approprla-l tions granted by the City Council for the service of that financial year-the income received by the City.
