Excerpt from Comparison of the Internal Revenue Code Before and After Its Amendment by the Revenue Bill of 1943 as Passed by the House of Representatives<br/><br/>Dear senator: In accordance with your request, I am submitting herewith a comparative print of the Internal Revenue Code as it now exists and as it is proposed to be amended by the revenue bill now before the Finance Committee. This print was prepared by Mr. Lynn L. Stratton, of the staff of this committee. It is hoped that the comparison will be found useful to the Committee on Finance in its consideration of the House bill.
