But the second feature may be dismissed from consideration, as it is only an excuse, an explanation for the first, and falls necessarily therewith. For, if we can show that there is no trustworthy evidence for the existence of medicinal power in the high potencies, it will be superfluous to attack the ex planation of how such power is developed.
