Their initial tests had been so promising, but all of a sudden the Wright Flyer's propeller has gone missing! The Timekeepers realise it's been stolen by villainous DeLay, and only they can help save the day and put history back on track.

SJ King is the author of the Secret Explorers and Timekeepers series. King loves museums, libraries, and building machines from scrap. King can usually be found exploring - from investigating tiny bugs, to trekking up enormous mountains.

Esther Hernando was born and lives in Barcelona. Her work is expressive, fun, colourful, and textured. In addition to illustration, she likes food, movies, television, video games, and hanging out with the people I love. She wants to make people smile with her illustrations
