Nietzsche's New Seas makes available for the first time in English a representative sample of the best recent Nietzsche scholarship from Germany, France, and the United States. Michael Allen Gillespie and Tracy B. Michael Allen Gillespie is associate professor of political science at Duke University. He is the author ofHegel, Heidegger, and the Ground of History, also published by the University of Chicago Press.Tracy B. Strong is professor of political science at the University of California, San Diego. He is the author ofFriedrich Nietzsche and the Politics of Transfiguration.
