Frank M. Carrano is Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Rhode Island.

Janet J. Prichard is a is professor of computer science at East Carolina University. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Rhode Island. Her areas of interest include real-time semantic objects, relationships, and constraints.
