Dr. Stephen H. Schneider (1945-2010) was the Melvin and Joan Lane Professor for Interdisciplinary Environmental Studies, Professor of Biological Sciences, Professor (by courtesy) of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and a Senior Fellow in the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University. Dr. Schneider served on the international research panel on global warming that shared the 2007 Nobel Prize with former Vice President Al Gore.
Dr. Michael D. Mastrandrea is Assistant Consulting Professor at the Stanford University Woods Institute for the Environment and a Lecturer in the Emmett Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Environment and Resources (E-IPER).
